Participating in Rubio’s People Power Pitch event is not a guarantee that Rubio will invest in your company or that Rubio will be obligated provide you with any funds or services. Any investment is at Rubio’s complete discretion and will be subject to due diligence and your agreement to our terms. Your application to compete in Rubio’s People Power Pitch event does not create any legal obligation on Rubio’s part.
